“We tried El Puente recently for dinner. I went back with my 2.5 year old for a "Mama & Son Date" . Amazing food and service but what really won me over was was the simple fact they did not serve the plate to my son and his plate was not hot in any way but the food was warm enough. So many servers will put a hot plate of food in front of a child then say "it's hot don't touch or be careful". Like really?! I'm always asking that the server put the plate by me to avoid him from touching it. Anyways, if you haven't been go and check them out. Delicious food! I also loved that the restaurant was nice and clean. ;) They are also doing a great job at complying with the Covid-19 regulations.”

“Wow, very impressed with the food. Normally bars have average food for a decent price. They have probably the best Club Sandwich I’ve ever had with a lot of fries for only $9. Also, they have cornhole out back and can play if you bring your own bags. Environment was cool with slot machines if you’re into gambling. Bartender was nice and enthusiastic. Definitely will be going back”

“Great experience overall! Valentine's day dinner, huge crowd too... But I reserved online a few hours prior and only waited about 15 minutes. Got our bread and bat sinks within 5 minutes of ordering them ( and they were good) she had the Blackberry Martini, I had the Boomerang margherita flight. Dinner was great too. Our waitress the bomb! I wish I could remember her name, but I tipped her a $20 even though 15 percent was only like $12... Both of our entrees were well seasoned and delicious. My only issue was initially, my order of shrimp came out cold... The lobster and crab cakes were hot and fresh... Our waitress immediately came back with fresh, steaming hot and fresh shrimp a few minutes after I notified her. I had a good experience and would recommend Outback Steakhouse near Chesapeake Square Mall ( or rather Portsmouth Blvd).”
