“My daughter broke her foot in February and was being seen by an Orthopedic in Franklin, VA and they had really poor service from the front desk to the doctor so I promised myself to never go back. So recently she fractured both her wrist and I tried to look very carefully when picking another orthopedic and this place had no reviews which had me very nerves because the Norfolk location had really bad reviews but this one was closer to where I lived so I picked it and oh my I do not regret it. The wait time was about 5 mins and the PA that came in was very informative and explained things well. Then the MD came in to just say hey and make sure we understood everything and reassure to us everything was okay. They were all just very comforting.”
