“Everyone that I had contact with in this office was above and beyond wonderful. I was scheduled very short notice as a new patient in the middle of an undiagnosed autoimmune flare. I was miserable, I had been brushed off by the hospital and by specialists, and I just needed relief. I was seen within 48 hours of my initial call. The receptionists were both very friendly when I came in and got me checked in very quickly. I was seen on time, which is not something that I am accustomed to. The Nurse Practitioner, Rosine Kemeni, is a very special kind of person. She really took the time to listen to me and ask questions and run labs to really get to the bottom of what was going on with me. There are not enough care providers like her anymore and I feel very fortunate to have been treated by her. I will continue to be her patient for as long as I am able and I will recommend her to anyone who will listen.”

“I have always been afraid of dentists. I was one of those kids who ALWAYS had cavities. I never had a visit where all I needed was a cleaning. As soon as I was old enough I stopped going to the dentist. I would start up again with a new dentist every few years, have a horrible experience and not go back. I recently started going to Konikoff because my husband and I decided it was time to be good role models for our kids and also take better care of ourselves. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office as I have felt at Konikoff. I have had 2 visits so far, been through X-rays, cleanings, filling replacements (Novocain shots eek!) and have felt NO pain. They are super thorough and, despite being extremely busy, give you all the time you need to ask questions. They explain everything in detail, give you options for treatment, and make sure you are very comfortable before proceeding. I go to the new location in Edinburgh and I am so impressed, as is my husband. I would rate them 20 stars if it were an option.”

Jack and his folks came through in a stellar way. The ramp was expertly installed today by Eli Seaman and Bryan Beshears, one week after meeting with Jack Harris. Let me repeat that...one week. My wife and I can now move on to the many other things we need to do before moving Dad into the house. But having the beautiful, rock solid ramp installed takes a lot of the pressure off.
