“Listen! I've had the best experience with 84 Lumber. Particularly Russow Beck! When Lowes didn't deliver the windows for our addition on the date they promised, I was very upset. The construction process was on hold pending the delivery of those windows and I was told the delay was almost 6 weeks out. I was referred to Russ and when I tell you he delivered? Believe me, he did. The most patient and go out of the way person I've come across in a long time. He genuinely wanted to help and ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner. “We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hayden’s RV - from the amazing customer service, quick communication, extensive knowledge of their inventory & the RV industry in general, and outstanding service department. After a horrible experience with another local RV dealership, we were anxious & a bit gun shy about the whole RV thing - but the staff at Hayden’s put all of our worries at ease. Charlie was so very patient with us, showed us every option in our price range/ layout, and when we were ready to make the decision made the process smooth & easy! Shelby is just amazing. We left feeling like we made new friends. ❤️ Since buying, we’ve had a few minor fixes needed - and the service department has been AMAZING. The first time - asked right away when our next trip was & made sure we’d have it back in plenty of time. And today truly blew us away - on the way home from a trip we found one of our interior doors had fallen off the track & we called to setup an appointment. We were planning to drop it off, and instead they fixed it within an hour while we were sitting there so we didn’t have to make the trip back to pick it up. What other company would do that?! Truly a testament to their dedication to their customers. If you’re in the market for a camper/travel trailer, etc. make sure you stop by Hayden’s!
