“I started off at the Colonial Heights Walmart. I experienced one problem after another. The staff was no help. Once I finally got a receipt to print up so I could come back in an hour, I was told to make it two because they were getting back logged. So I left and came back several hours later, thinking that my one hour photos should be ready by now........ It was then I was informed that the photo printer was actually out of order and had been all week! And was told by the same employees that originally told me to come back in two hours. When I asked why they had told me to come back in two hours when they knew that the printer wasn't working, they commented "My Bad". ????!!!!!!! So, I went to the Walmart in Chester. I was in and out in an hour! The staff were friendly and helpful and apologized for my experience at the other store. Sometimes it's not the company but the employees that determine repeat business......or not.”

I had a horrific experience at Johnston Willis in which the Doctor told me that he has 2 patients that are my age, pregnant with children with Down syndrome. He also told me I should contact planned parenthood and look into Terminating. I was completely heartbroken with that experience when searching for a new OBGYN I learned of Dr. Linda Brown as she was the doctor on call at Chippenham when my friend delivered by emergency c-section. Dr. Brown was in complete shock when I shared my experience at Johnston Willis. She apologize for that doctors behavior and assured me things would be a lot different here and they were. She is tremendously passionate for what she does. Dr. Brown informed me of the associated risk of my pregnancy, coordinated appointments at UVA where I completed all my genetic testing. And I am please to announced I have a healthy baby girl due May 8. Dr. Linda Brown made me feel comfortable and informed from day one. She has a great attitude she’s personable, friendly and that’s why I’m giving her 5 stars.”
