The Farm Bureau Insurance has bee a great asset to have as insurance and they've been great over the past year. Spencer Kolesar is my agent and I wouldn't want it any other way. Spencer is responsive to any phone call I have to make and he also checks up on me to see how we can increase our quality of service. Lee Thompson is great to respond to every phone call and as a local Realtor I refer Lee to all of my clients. Lee also carries our insurance for our building and general liability; in the Spring of 2019 on a Friday afternoon at 4:00 lightning struck our building and put a nice whole in the roof and damaged our phone system and several printers. Lee was right there to help navigate the claim and we were up an running by Monday morning w/ no actual downtime. The claim representative had the claim paid for the day we submitted the expenditures!
