I have been with this State Farm Ins Office for 30+ years. My rate dropped to a 3rd of what I had been paying. Over the course of the 30+ years, I only had one incident with a customer service representative that was unpleasant. I decided everyone has an off day occasionally. My claim was still covered and we've had great service with any issue that has come up. They have bent over backwards to help us get the best rates. I'm a satisfied customer for over 30 years.
