After 2 weeks of no sign of improvement, Laura called to check on me ( she’s was great at staying in touch) it was her quick decision telling me to get to an ER immediately that saved my life. Thirty minutes later I was in an ER receiving blood transfusions due to my hemoglobin dropping to 5.2 , along with 2 Covid blood clots . It was Laura’s fast decision that saved me, the ER Doctor said another 6 hours I would have been unconscious and struggling to stay alive. Laura stayed in touch and the entire time . She even set me up with a hematologist that is now over seeing my internal bleeding and Covid clots . Instead of being greedy and charging me for something I didn’t need, the service writer Jacob told me to go and buy and new filter and he would install it for me. It appears that at the last PM previous dealer did not tighten the cap all the way and eventually started leaking. No charge this time other than a new filter which I didn’t use, but kept as a spare! Thank you guys for the great service and quick help.”

“This GameStop is by far the best in the area. The manager has been around for a while, and knows all of his customers. The customer service provided in this little box of a store is reminiscent of old school customer service. Every team member follows the managers lead and it creates an old school, family, vibe. They remember you, your children, and genuinely care. GameStop will be one of those retailers people will look back one day and miss, like blockbuster, so take advantage of them while they are here. This is the one to support on Hull. The older one by the other Wally World is a Dweebsville with attitude, but I’ll leave that review in their box.”

“These guys are a life saver. I was able to order online and pick up in store in under 30 minutes on dozens of occasions (in the middle of a project). The distribution center is only 5 miles from here too so they are able to get almost anything I needed in their house brand and name brand same day. The SpeedPerks program is a good deal too. Prices are very close to Rock Auto and Parts Geek (or better) after shipping costs and available in 30 minutes. Returns are easy and loaner tools have been in great shape. I used to buy parts from Rock Auto and specialty tools from Harbor Freight but free loaner tools and good discounts on parts with SpeedPerks (often 15-25% off list) are tough to compete with.”
