  I had body repairs done very nicely. I worked with Rodney, who was very professional and efficient. He kept me informed with texts and phone calls during the entirety of the repair. I was so pleased with the results and would certainly recommend Caliber Collision's services to anyone.

  Caliber collision was so helpful the entire time (3 weeks) of my car being repaired. They called me multiple times a week to update me on the process and I was never left in the dark about it. They did an amazing job on my jeep and they even cleaned it for me upon pick up. WOULD RECCOMEND them any day. 10/10 service and friendly staff! Thank you guys so much!!

  Great customer service from start to finish. The staff here is very friendly, warm and inviting. Wesley and Logan were awesome! I felt extremely confident and comfortable with them taking care of our needs and they made us rest assure that our vehicle was in good hands. Great job and excellent service! Thanks!

  When my vehicle was returned from the shop, there were issues with the replacement parts fit. Unfortunately, due to insurance company requirements, aftermarket parts were required to be installed. Despite the best efforts from the shop, the parts would not work. The issues were brought to the attention of the shop and original equipment parts were installed. The car looks as good as before the accident. The efforts to address my concerns in a quick manner by the shop are greatly appreciated. The fault for my previous negative review of the shop is the insurance company requirements to use aftermarket parts that do not meet the same quality standards ad original equipment parts. My apologies to the shop for a negative review that was not their fault.

  Wesley responded quickly to my request for an estimate with a great deal of professionalism and scheduled my appointment for the same day. Upon arrival I noticed that the entire staff was safely practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Wesley quickly and accurately evaluated the damage to my vehicle and handled my claim with USAA from that point forward. My truck was equipped with after market products that were damaged and Wesley diligently worked to find and replace the products with perfect results. My truck was painted by Robbie Sehl who did an amazing job. Upon inspection I was amazed to see how perfectly he matched the paint and returned my truck to showroom condition. To my surprise the truck was also detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this body shop their professionalism and quality of work is unmatched. My gratitude goes out to the whole team for a job well done.
