Courthouse Green Townhomes

I used to lived there in 2015-2017. I loved the peace and quiet area. I loved when the fair or other events will come i didnt have to worry about parking. I used to the walk the neighborhood for stress reliever. I miss living here. I am little mad the company changed. I wished I can go back there without no one else on the lease but me and my kids.

I lived here in 2006 with 2 roommates. I attended the university about 15 minutes away. I loved this townhouse. It was clean, a great neighborhood and the rental office was phenomenal! The rent around that time was about 7 something for a 3 bedroom. I wish I could move back, but I moved back home after school. I definitely recommend this apartment home.

So I've been here for 2 years now and I don't know why this place have so many bad reviews because my experience here has been great. I have not one complaint. SARAH in the office is very nice knows me by name and treat me like family. Any issues I've had was taking care of immediately. This neighborhood is very quiet. I barely even see people outside and the neighbors are friendly.
(Police and drugs ? ? never seen or heard about it) only time I see police is the ones driving pass or the ones who live around here. This neighborhood should definitely have a 5 star rating.

I have had no problems here. Very good friendly neighbors, quiet. The only complaint I have is the manager. She seems mad at the world! Not friendly at all. She tends to forget she only works there and doesn’t own them. Never cheerful...peers at you as if she doesn’t want to be bothered and hates being there. All of my neighbors tend to feel the same . Get rid of her and it would make for a perfect office! Ignore her rudeness and you will be happy here!
