They listen to the needs of the people and try to help in any way possible! Katie has been a great manager and takes the time to understand the needs of the residents. This is one of the best apartment buildings I've ever had the opportunity to live in.
(June 11, 2020, 12:21 pm)I have lived at Watermark for almost 4 years, and I love it! The units and outdoor spaces are beautifully designed. I feel like the staff really goes out of their way to make you sure that you love living here. There’s a real sense of community here that I have not experienced elsewhere.
(March 26, 2020, 7:47 pm)I love living at Meridian Watermark. My building stays nice and quiet and I always feel at ease when I come home. This community is the perfect place for me and my dog. It always feels peaceful when walking the ground (which are kept really nice and clean) and I always feel comfortable at home. My apartment has a balcony and I LOVE that. It is a huge bonus, as many places I have lived before did not have this feature. The amenities are great as well. The staff are really helpful and you can tell that they care about your problems. I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving here.

(May 20, 2019, 10:03 pm)I have been considering the move from the West End to Chesterfield for quite some time. I had the opportunity to visit a few friends that live in various apartment communities this past month as I try to choose where to move my family at the end of our current lease. I was most impressed by Meridian Watermark. Everything was well kept, amenities above the rest and my friend raved about the community activities and attentiveness of the staff. I stopped by the office to get more information based on my move timeline and received a warm welcome which helped me to make Meridian my top consideration.
