ILKB was life changing for my husband and I! Since we started our 6 week challenge our lifestyles did a 360 and we are now the healthiest we have ever been in our life. Ilovekickboxing is a great place to increase your physical and mental fitness. The coaches are very encouraging and supportive of your goals. There ability to help you to not only reach your goals but exceed your goals is outstanding! The facility is clean and organized every single time you go to class. We absolutely love the Midlothian facility and staff!
I truly loved completing the 6 week challenge with I Love Kickboxing Midlothian. The challenge was easy to follow and gives great results. The class has a great structure to keep you going. The staff is amazing they really love what they do and it shows. No matter how rough the day it was always great to see the positive and motivating staff members. I look forward to more adventures with this great group of people.
I just completed the six week challenge. Worth every minute. Put in the effort and results will be had. The instructors are very motivating...the classes are fun and challenging. Love the atmosphere and sense of community.

I joined the 6 week challenge and it was the best decision to finally get committed to lose weight. I was always stuck on my own up to a few pounds. I learned about new food options with their meal plan and loved the support from the coaches. The first week I thought the workout was crazy but after 2 or 3 classes my resistance through the entire workout was amazing and the hour felt like nothing. I feel so great and strong physically and mentally. I can't wait to continue losing the extra pounds and toning my body with ilkb!
