Bought a mattress from Randy Harris and it was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! VERY professional and knows his stuff!

And oh, the mattress set we bought is wonderful. VERY happy with our purchase

DO NOT buy from big chain mattress stores. Quality is definitely inferior...highly recommend Original Mattress Factory and make sure to buy from Randy Harris

we ordered our bed 3 or 4 yrs ago...we love our king!! best bed we have ever had.. young to older a queen guest bed this week.

Bought a new King Size mattress at Hull Street store. Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery process turned into problem. Told delivery would be June 1 between 12:45 and 2:45. Finally called at 3:30 and was provided with factory number. They had driver call. GPS had him totally lost. Finally after several attempts I stayed on phone with him and told him every turn to make. Delivery finally finished at 4:45. Driver very nice but really wasted my afternoon. They need to fix that part of the process.
