Stemmle Plumbing Repair

I called on Sunday and they were out to us within 2 hours for emergency septic pumping. Bobby was very professional. They had to come back the next day to finish and again were very professional, personable and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I appreciate the quality of service they provided!

Service was efficient and fast. Service men listened to my questions regarding installation of a garbage disposal. It was installed in less than an hour. A job well done.

We made an emergency call on Saturday October 9th. The two technicians that responded to the call were both knowledgeable and professional. Austin Cloninger and Bobby Sullivan provided great customer service and resolved the problem that day.

Had a great experience with Jason from Stemmle! Our kitchen sink backed up and clogged on a Saturday afternoon and just a few hours later, Jason came over and fixed the sink for us! Every other "emergency" plumber we contacted was either unavailable for a few weeks, or the earliest they could stop by was first thing next week. We didn't want to go the whole weekend not being able to use our kitchen! We're super thankful to have Stemmle respond so quickly and help us out of the pickle. Jason was very nice and professional and helpful!

Mike M. and Josh W. showed up to pump our septic tank and we both so kind and helpful, and I asked a lot of questions. They were both knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and honest, and nice, which is always so important in customer service. I plan to use Stemmle again in the future and hope to have these two guys come back if they don’t work themselves up in the ranks of this company before then. Definitely recommend!
