He is very kind and concerned. He helped my husband many times. He has even called me himself on concerning issues.
My wife and I live five minutes from this wonderful practice, and they are like family to us. From initial contact with the appointment desk to checkin to assessment and seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner, to heading home, this is absolutely the finest practice we have ever encountered. Same day appointments are almost routine. Staff are great. There is a sweet spirit that prevails all over the office. We are blessed! As long as this practice continues to operate, we will never move out of this area.
I think Dr Yeats Is a wonderful, kind, compassionate Doctor who is very attentive to your needs. And I think he has a wonderful office staff as well who go above and beyond to help you out when needed.
The office staff are very efficient, friendly and polite. Steffi, Dr Wheelers nurse is outstanding. She always is very helpful when I call or come in for an appointment. Her return calls are prompt and she is very understanding as well as Dr. Wheeler. He is very kind and listens to everything you are saying. Adele a nurse at the practice is also terrific. She is quick to interpretation with efficiency. She is also in tune to her patients needs . This practice is very good. They do all they can to take care of their patients. The only thing about this practice is in the business office that will work with their established patients financial issues but only to a degree, however this has nothing to do with the medical staff but rather with a financial administration whose focus is at times not very understanding of these hard times where it's a matter of feeding your family or seeing the Dr for a true sickness. I believe the business office does all it can but may be restricted by the guidelines put forth by administration that can be interested in the bottom line more than healing the sick. While I understand a line must be drawn somewhere to keep a financially sound practice going, it says a lot to the patient when they receive a letter stating if their bill isn't paid it may mean it affects if other family members will be seen until the bill is paid. As I said this is administration not the position of the Physicians whose oath is to care for the patient above all else. I must say in all fairness that this is true of most medical practices now. It is a sign of the times. To survive sometimes things are done to keep going even though it may not help those who need care but unable to pay at the moment. Having said all this I have to add there are people who take advantage of kindness but that is a situation to be weeded out by knowledgeable, good staff.
