  Dr. Kaundal is amazing! She doesn’t just throw meds at you to solve the problem. She is honest and lays out the plan that problems can be fixed and the last thing she wants to do is just write a script. She and Ally have literally saved my life and I love the open relationship we have being able to talk candidly about my health. She’s popular and hard to to get into see for a reason!!! Also Bonnie is the absolute best at getting you scheduled and organized! She is always a pleasure to talk to!!

  Have been with this practice for over 25 years. While we still miss Dr. Verheul, whom we’d had since the start, we’ve been very pleased to have gained Jodi Caddell in the process. We couldn’t ask for a better fit, and over these last years (nearing a decade now?!), we’ve had our needs met more than capably not only by her medical abilities but by her professionalism and her compassionate manner. (We’ve also had the occasional urgent visit with each of the other principals, and they each seemed just as professionally capable as both Verheul and Caddell.)
  
  So I can and do still recommend this practice as highly as ever as a result of Jodi Caddell’s service. She has been a true gem we’ve landed.
  
  I feel I can trust this practice to hire those who, like each of its principals, will always be medical professionals of the finest order—the ones who count most in this matter. Office staff may come and go, but not so with the principals here. No profession is as arduous or demands as much self-discipline as this one. And this practice is a very busy one, because they’re truly as good as it gets. These people know what they’re doing.
  
  Nobody means to get sick or to have some accidental encounter for which they need to seek medical attention. This office does its utmost to squeeze in those who’ve suddenly become sick or unwell—just as family practices are intended to do.
  
  So I feel fortunate I found such a considerate, professional practice that is able to meet our many, varied needs. I shouldn’t speak so highly of them and draw in more new patients who’ll up that competition; but this practice is among the best I’ve ever known.

  Our family sees Dr Kaundal and we could not be happier. There are complex medical needs and she stays on top if all of it, coordinating between specialists as required. She and her nurse Ally are quick to respond and have excellent communication and bedside manner.
