The employees were all extremely comforting & helpful! They joked with me, got me a blanket & let my husband stay in the room until right before I passed out. They answered all my husbands questions & then mine when I called the next day. I never felt like I was bothering anyone. In general, an oral surgeon isn't somewhere I wanted to go. But, since I had to, I'm glad it was here!”

“Hands-down the most affordable and cleanest storage units in Richmond. Kim was super helpful and super nice. She even offered to sweep out the storage unit for me before I moved my things inside. She explained everything in detail and was so friendly. I never knew that getting a storage unit could be such a pleasant experience. And you can’t beat their prices. I got my 5 x 5 unit for under $35 a month. They even have 24 hour access if you need it. I called around Richmond for several days and Life Storage was the best deal by far. And I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service too. It’s a wonderful place to store your things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
