His office staff is very friendly and helpful - you feel like you matter as a person to all of them, not just as another client writing another check. The hygienist is great - was even able to polish many of the tea stains off of my teeth! An overall fantastic experience.”

“We made our first appointment, and they were celebrating Star Wars day, and all of the staff were in costume. They have TV's mounted in the ceiling, so the children can watch their favorite shows while getting their teeth cleaned. Our dental hygienist (I didn't catch her name but she was dressed as Princess Leia) was wonderful and so kind to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable at her first appointment. Dr. Patel was dressed as a Jedi, and was so sweet and patient. She did an amazing job tackling each case, and was very warm and welcoming. They have a wall for the "Cavity-free club" so my daughter got to have her picture taken. At the end of the appointment, she was given a token to use for the bouncy ball dispenser, and since it was her first appointment, they gave my daughter a bubble party with their bubble machine! One of the patient coordinators shared the same name as my daughter and she was so excited about it! It was all of the little things that they did that made the experience so very special! We are so happy that we found this place for my daughter's dental care!”

“We made a move to Midlothian area this past year and started my son with Dr. Byrd and his office. Their website is what pulled us in. But, their hospitality, kindness, compassion, beautiful words, and excellent thorough knowledgeable care is what kept us as clients, refer others, and want to change also transfer general dentistry for our kids to their pediatric office. Unfortunately, when we tried their office didn't accept our dental insurance there. If your insurance allows you the opportunity to use either or both offices I highly suggest making the transfer. You won't be let down.”

“Lovely waiting area, excellent and professional staff. I saw Dr. Richardson and he is very easy to talk to and very detailed about the procedure. Just as important, they are aware that most dental plans have a yearly cap on benefits. He suggested that I do part of my procedure this year and complete the procedure next spring. The doctors aren't looking out just for themselves, they are really concerned about the whole experience for the patient. They have my trust and that means so much to me!”
