I had a problem this past Christmas with a basket being delivered late in the day (Past 5PM) to a business. Everyone I wanted to enjoy the basket had left for the day. I called the store and spoke with Gloria. Gloria was wonderful!!! She understood the issues and sent out another arrangement the next day! Problem solved!
