River Road Terrace Apartments

Just Moved in two months ago and when i tell you i love it. 2bd 1 bathroom newly renovated quiet neighborhood not much going on there are kids who play outside which is great if you also have kids. My kids love the area. Close to shopping center. If you have children, the schools in the area are great And last but not least Ms. Charity ask for her communicate with her and she will help you with any and everything. Great women who actually cares. I'm very happy with my move and plan on being here for a while.

The apartments are now under new management and they are very professional and caring. Charity goes above and beyond and I really appreciate the hard work she puts in. Apartments are newly renovated and are in the process of receiving better and more updated amenities as well. Highly recommend, especially if you're a college student.

Management is super nice and friendly. My family and I felt
very welcomed into the community. Apartment is clean, spacious and more than enough storage space. Maintenance is knowledgeable and experienced. Ask for Charity she is a sweet heart! She is helpful and turnover time is amazing! The apartment feels like a home. Thank You!

Recently did a tour of newly renovated apartments with Charity. She was very friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. Seems like a great place with all the updating amenities and renovations.
