Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Richmond is great. My previous chiropractor didn't know what he was talking about but Dr. Richmond was very helpful. He truly cares about people and wants them to live better lives.

Dominion Chiro is the organization that kept me out of neck surgery! Over the course of my treatment, I went from significant pain, to functional pain, to literally no pain and I still can't believe it! Highly recommended, and it doesn't hurt that the staff is wonderful, and the location is, like, 5 seconds off of Chippenham pkwy.

Dr. Richmond and his staff are awesome. From the very first visit they were very friendly and explained everything in details. The ladies at the from desk were extremely patient even when I got my appointment wrong, they smile and told me what time my appt was, let me say it happened more than once. Dr. Richmond is very caring and i love talking and laughing with him, he makes you comfortable at each visit ☺️ The medical massage area is the best and she ask detail questions so she can do her best to help you.
