As we were arriving at our final choices, we sent him a number of questions and he always, always responded within a few hours--not days--hours. The sale experience deserves 5 stars +. The Raynor doors are of the highest quality and look like the wooden door look we wanted. And our color choice turned out to be right on the money. Then the installation team arrived to install the doors and did an excellent job. Believe they knew what they were doing. They hauled away the old doors along with all packing materials.
