I need to verify the engine for the replacement and called and spoke with Amy, who was extremely courteous and put in a request to verify the original engine with the manufacturer. She called me at the end of the day to update e she had not heard back from Four Winns, which is amazing customer service especially considering I am not a customer! She called again the following morning and sent me the specs she received from Four Winns. I'm in the auto repair business and I know first class service when I see or receive it. It caters to all ages - it has special programs dedicated to different age groups for music, language etc. they serve prasadam every Sunday evening at no cost. “I love Dr Harrison! He's very thorough and takes his time examining and listening to you. He spends at least 30 to 45 mins with you which is rare in this day and time. He's still old school taking notes on a pad, but you leave with all of your concerns addressed. He has a small office staff who are always very pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is that since his office doesnt not take electronic faxes, I always have to follow-up multiple times with CVS to get prescriptions filled. But I would still highly recommend him.”
