During the ice storm we had in February, a tree broke due to the weight of the ice in my back yard and it fell on my shed. The shed was totaled. Bruce called us both times later the same day, and stayed involved during the claims process (even if just checking in and making sure Erie was keeping up with us). He doesn't have to get involved or do anything with a claim, but he has anyway. A far cry from our old agent with another company, who didn't even know we'd cancelled until months after the fact.”
