Colonial Heights Veterinary Hospital

My puppy has been a patient there for two years now. The staff is always so friendly and you can tell they all really love dogs. Just recently my dog got neutered and microchipped. Prices were very reasonable compared to the last vet I had while in Florida. The only thing I wished I had gotten to speak to the doctor 1 on 1 to ask questions and get a better idea of what was going to happen before and after surgery because I was anxious being a first time pet owner. Other than that they sent me home with meds, and some instructions for post op care. My dog was truly fine the next day ready to run and jump (although I didn’t let him) he acted like like nothing ever happened to him. As long as I am a resident in this area I will always take my dog to colonial heights. The prices, the staff, the location are all great.

I absolutely love this place. The Drs are here for the animals and it shows. They are so personable and each visit feels like a visit with a friend. We spent years looking for good care for our dogs without just giving a medication and they listen to our wants and needs and try to find permanent long term care not just temporary relief. They love your pet just as much as you and I can’t rave about them enough. I wish we could take them with us when we move.

I want to thanks everyone that works there, front staff is always friendly and caring for all pets,,,I bring a little kitty I found injured in my backyard and they really care for her,yeah she's a pretty fluffy cat, but I wanna give my special thanks to Dr Riddle for all her help and support,.
