Our order is always right and hot when we get there to pick it up. Since we pay online, there isn't much employee interaction but from what I have seen, everyone seems pretty friendly! The truth is when God speaks we're to listen and go. I prayed and asked God if this is really where He's leading I'm suppose to go i need the Holy Spirit to meet me at the door. They offer food and drinks at this location for a reasonable price. When we visit the next time we will be sure to come before 5pm! “I absolutely love this place. The Drs are here for the animals and it shows. They are so personable and each visit feels like a visit with a friend. We spent years looking for good care for our dogs without just giving a medication and they listen to our wants and needs and try to find permanent long term care not just temporary relief. They love your pet just as much as you and I can’t rave about them enough. I wish we could take them with us when we move.”

“Just had a lovely time at the Waffle House in Colonial Heights. Dinner was by reservations only. We were greeted by sophisticatedly dressed hostesses which took us to the photo area then to our table which was beautifully decorated for privacy. We could eat by the Valentine's Day menu or the regular menu. As always the food was wonderful!! The atmosphere was fun and full of smiles. I LOVED this experience!!!”

My second and third, though ... well, they were boys. Their initial check ups were tended to by Centralia. Then common sense kicked in and I realized driving a longer distance while two kittens meowed their disapproval was diminishing my sanity. I found the staff at VCA to be wonderful, warm, and accommodating. I loved the doctors and my cats kinda preferred the rooms, too. Or the shelves. And the sink. VCA is economically priced but the value, care, and comfort is priceless. I even gifted the entire staff that first Christmas!”
