“Usually I have a great experience with Enterprise, this time was no different. I was uncomfortable with the original rental chosen for me (because I am short). We were able to select another vehicle that was just right. A little more advanced in its features, but just right nonetheless. Marcus was very helpful, friendly and patient when explaining the features in the vehicle. The return process was equally great. I was greeted with a smile and a simplified return process.
