“Mr. Dexter came for a second opinion after having been told we needed an acid neutralizer and water softener. He tested our water on the spot and said it was perfect and we needed absolutely nothing. He also informed us that the water pressure tank we currently have is in good working order, whereas the plumber who came yesterday also said it needed replaced due to its size. That plumber did not even test it, only looked at it. Mr. Dexter went above and beyond with the information we needed and was very honest.
