The station is a great place to find out information about the surrounding area, or to do some train watching or even pick up the Amtrak Crescent or Cardinal. Even though the staff at the station aren't Amtrak employees, they can still give you good information as to when trains are supposed to arrive, where they are headed and other stations around.”

“This quaint little Air BnB right in the heart of downtown Culpeper was just the perfect spot for us to stay during a family wedding weekend!! Well kept, and perfect for adults and even small children. The host is super easy going, and very accommodating! We loved being so close to everything, and getting all of the perks of a full house, without having to pay the premiums of a hotel stay. Would absolutely recommend, even if you just want to get away for a weekend date or something like that. We would love to stay here again!”

“Spoke with the owner for half an hour. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Not your normal bike shop, they specialize in making the perfect bike fit for you. Very interesting and special equipment connected to computers to monitor everything. The bonus on top is that the owner has expanded with a coffee shop. Best cup of coffee I’ve had in the last three years.”

“We stayed in the Butler Suite. It has its own exterior entrance and porch. The B&B is peaceful, cozy, and historic. You can hear the trains, but they are not loud enough to be annoying. The B&B has its own parking, so you can drive. You can also take VRE or Amtrak. The B&B is a safe, easy 6 minute walk from the train station.”
