All their instructions for me about treatment procedures have always been clearly written down for me to follow. Their recommendations have always been right on correct. I bought my current house with a pool already on the property. I was a complete novice with pools, never having or maintaining one. Payne gave me such good instruction on setting up and caring for the pool. Their instruction was superb. I don’t go anywhere else for chemicals and advice. One of the best perks is their free-of-charge pool water analysis. My local pool company only gives free water analysis if you buy something. Great family owned company!”
