A sweet young lady, Aonjae, who was in the office that day came with me to try to open it and when she couldn't get it open she said that the maintenance person, Joey could get it open. I was afraid that a chair which was blocking the door would get broken but Joey not only got the door open but he also did not break the chair! Excellent service from both of these fine people!”

They held a unit for me until I could get down the next day to sign paperwork. Only rented from them a few months but was extremely satisfied with my experience (other than our spiders that visited our items while we were gone) Received my deposit check back in the mail within a week.
