“Payne Pools has always been very pro active with my pool needs and its water condition. All their instructions for me about treatment procedures have always been clearly written down for me to follow. Their recommendations have always been right on correct. I bought my current house with a pool already on the property. I was a complete novice with pools, never having or maintaining one. Payne gave me such good instruction on setting up and caring for the pool. Their instruction was superb. I don’t go anywhere else for chemicals and advice. One of the best perks is their free-of-charge pool water analysis. My local pool company only gives free water analysis if you buy something. Great family owned company!”

“So I accidentally got the door on my storage unit stuck and was afraid I would have to pay someone to open it. A sweet young lady, Aonjae, who was in the office that day came with me to try to open it and when she couldn't get it open she said that the maintenance person, Joey could get it open. I was afraid that a chair which was blocking the door would get broken but Joey not only got the door open but he also did not break the chair! Excellent service from both of these fine people!”

“I contacted well over half a dozen contractors regarding the work I needed done. Donald Sherbeyn was truly impressive in his knowledge and his ability to offer various solutions. The work was completed as scheduled. There was one issue, as I’ve found happens sometimes. I called Donald. He answered the phone and told me my issue would be addressed early the next morning and it was. I suppose the true worth of a contractor is whether a customer would use a company again. Wouldn’t have to think about it for a second to have Sherbeyn’s do work again. Truly impressive!”

“I’ve been visiting this store for several years. I occasionally have music equipment transactions and have always found Dave and staff helpful and proficient. It’s the proficiency that is always my main judge of a store. Cheers and smiles mean nothing if your package doesn’t make it in one piece. When shipping a musical instrument things must be packaged superbly. I take them in sometimes completely bare of a box. Dave and co. do their thing and the buyers always contact me back with praise of the packaging. I also have found that the Culpeper store is far superior to the Warrenton store, where one leaves feeling a bit taken advantage off, cost wise. Great store! Highly recommended!”

Owner was courteous enough to call back, leave a message, and politely informed me of the mistake by google search, even recommended a shop for me to try. Should I ever need appliance repair (he services washers, dryers and the like) he'll be my first call. Good customer service is hard to find these days.”
