  I drove 3 hours to purchase my first boat from Garrett's. It was well worth the drive. Louis and his family/team made my purchase a great experience. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a boat to go to Garrett's.

  We came to look as a previously owned boat and also did a sea trial with Elyse and Shawn. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Elyse offered us a great deal on the boat and a new trailer, we just did not like certain features of the boat itself. Even though no purchase was made we would definitely come back to this Marina!

  Great customer service above and beyond the norm! We were in a time crunch to find a trailer. I worked with Louis. He was unable to get the trailer we were looking for in the time frame needed. But he did give me some other options on where I might get what we needed in time, even though they were competitors. Louis was very helpful and gave me some good insight on trailers. I would come back here for any needs in the future!

  Last Friday I talked to Elyse at Garrett's Marina about 2 Parker seats for our boat that she had on sale. I was unable to pick them up Friday so she made arrangements for me to pick up on Monday. When I arrived there she went out in the rain to get them for me then Chris helped her go out in the rain for a second time. The marina was beautiful and Elyse was wonderful, a great help to me!! Thanks again Elyse!!
