“i have contacted the va attorney generals office on many situations as of 2009, i have not gotten any response, i am the inmate the was raped an assaulted in the prince william county jail,i was waiting to go to trial incarcerated for over 2 years an 9 months i was sent to a mental hospital 3 times during the incarceration an refused to go to trial each time after returning to the jail,the jail knew staff an courtroom staff knew i was raped an everyone was laughing about it,i was sent to a hospital in southwestern virginia an the dr's said i should be taken to trial with in a certain time or my speedy trial rights would be violated, i was refused to go to trial each time,i have not gotten any response from this government agency other than i need to find an attorney this has been since 2009 an i have had many other situations that have occurred and i still have not had the assistance i needed, the last incidence was when my 2001 cadillac vehicle was towed earlier this year an then sold with out giving me any notice of intent to sell my vehicle, the attorney generals office employee david barber sounded as if he was a friend of the tow truck driver and i asked what is it that i needed to do, so i could wrap our telephone conversation up an have understanding of the situation he disconnected the call abruptly ..”
