“I have had the fortunate experience to have found Mill End Shops over thirty years ago and have never had a bad experience in finding the perfect fabric and workmanship and kindness of the sales/design staff. I am not an easy person so please when it comes to designing and decorating my home . I usually have the idea in my head that I want and sometimes cannot adequately explain what I want in my home but the staff at Mill End Shops have always pulled a rabbit out of the hat for me and found the perfect fabric and the great craftsmen who take that fabric and make it into drapes, slipcovers and fantastic bedding for me. The chairs that were re-upholstered or the drape they made but the that the vacuum caught and they were able to have it fixed for me. I once ordered slipcovers for my family room, and I could not afford the fabric that I wanted, so I went ahead and ordered a similar fabric but to my surprise, since they had made a mistake and could not get the fabric I ordered in the timeframe we had agreed upon, they went ahead and substituted the fabric I really wanted and did not charge me the difference. I will always tout Mill End Shops for in every category of professionalism they have exceeded the standard. Thank you, Mill End Shops for following through on my original orders and making sure that I was able to have my item dry cleaned when they needed and even repaired. I give great credit to their fashion sense and knowledge of their products.”

“So I managed to scrape a pole, a yellow one at that and it left an ugly yellow marking on my door. A different body shop quoted to fix it for about $550. He just looked at it, didn’t touch it ... didn’t ask for any info on the car. I came here and Mr.Jose felt the door and noticed there was also a very faint dent in the door. He asked for my vehicle registration and gave me how the price was divided. For a touch up and buffing it was $200 flat. A more affordable price for a college student. Mr. Jose was excellent. He was very kind, honest, and always answered my calls to check up on how it was going. I would highly recommend this place and will probably (hopefully not for the same reason) come back !”
