“Yawata Company was phenomenal! When we were deciding who to work with, Javier came over a few times for consultations and helped us scope the project. His recommendations saved us a lot of money. Javier and his team / extended family have been working together for 15+ years. They were so pleasant to work with as a team and everyone was extremely diligent to ensure every detail was addressed. We asked Javier if we could paint certain rooms and the garage before we moved out of the house and then paint other rooms afterward. They accommodated our schedule requests 100%. The price was very reasonable and the finished project was high quality. After the project was completed, I noticed some additional outside woodwork that needed to be fixed and painted. Javier and his team were quick to respond to a couple of those requests because they knew we were listing our house for sale and we only had a few days before the Open House. In addition to painting outside portions of our house and the entire inside of our house and garage, they painted the garage floor with epoxy paint which looked spectacular…I highly recommend this. The Yawata team provides the best customer service you could ask for because customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Our house was the first house in our neighborhood to sell for over $1M in several years. Yawata was a big part of that.”

“Interior Painting Review - I just had the most amazing painters work on my interior upstairs rooms. Yup, I said MOST and AMAZING! I say that because I got a great price, excellent workmanship and attention to detail, and the best possible customer service. (So, you see why I felt I had to take the time to post a review!) The company I'm using is Kellco Painting. I know the price is great because two of three original estimates I got for whole house interior painting were 9k, and theirs was 6.5k. I know the attention to detail is fabulous because they show me their work each day, and I can see how they paatched my holes and drywall pops, went the extra mile to caulk my stairs for a crisper line, and made large settling cracks disappear! (By the way, if you haven't hired painters before -- most anyone can paint. But repairing these old plaster homes is an art.) And then there is their service. Well, they showed up the first day and I had (ahem) failed to do ANY moving or prep -- or even finalized selecting all of my colors. They didn't show ANY annoyance with me AT ALL! They moved all of my furniture, removed and replaced my blinds (oh, sure we can raise that curtain rod 3" for you!) and picked up additional samples to be sure I was happy with the color. For each piece of art they ask which holes I want to keep -- so it can go back up in the exact same place -- and which I want patched. I could really go on but this is getting long. Anyway, I hate it when I read reviews and all they say is 'great work' without any detail so I wanted to explain why I have these guys 5 stars. I think they deserve each and every one of them! If I ever need to paint again, I'm calling CJ, nephew of the owner. He has been an absolute saint. Oh! BTW, for those of you with pets - they are pet friendly!! They worked AROUND my sleeping 17yo cat and don't freak out at my dogs! I give them a huge thumbs up. Definitely will do again. But hopefully not soon! Painting sucks! Linda”

The painters managed to do what most contractors refused to given the time limitation – remove all the old stucco from the exterior walls of my house, prep, and then repaint the whole thing. On top of that, I asked them to paint the interiors too. They managed to do everything on schedule.”
