(November 14, 2020, 9:00 am)I have been to many a treatment center but I feel that CFD was really helpful to my process of recovery. The program is truly individualized and there are a lot of hands-on activities that help make the transition back to regular life a little easier. The staff is incredible and truly helped me feel cared for and also helped me learn to care for myself. Everyone at CFD Alexandria was so willing to help me find myself that I actually wanted to find myself...and I am still in that process. I highly recommend this center to anyone who needs help with an eating disorder.

I learned more about my eating disorder in the time I spent in Alexandria than in the many years of treatment leading up to that time. I will always be forever grateful for the entire staff.
