“At 5:45 pm, there was a loud pop and we smelled smoke in the basement coming from the panel box. We turned it off and called Kolb. Gerber came out about two hours later and told us we would need to replace the panel. He gave us the name and number of his manager and told us if we hadn't heard back by 9am, to call to ensure we were on the schedule as we didn't have electricity at all. The following day Gerber and Izzy arrived at my home and did a spectacular job replacing the panel, vacuuming up the mess AND FILLING IN THE DRYWALL. I have NEVER had an electrician who did that for us. Will be using Kolb for all our electric from now on. Thank you Gerber, Izzy and Kolb for getting us power back.”
