He did a great job! I had never cleaned my yellow sofas in years and he got out stains. He was so professional and helpful in moving my items around. Plus when he was cleaning. It smelled so good!!

J&A did an amazing job on our townhouse! We have a dog who have spinal issues which means he wasn't able to take full control of his bowels. We had unpleasant dog urine streaks on our carpet after being in our home just over a year.

Because the marks have become more and more prominent, we wanted to get these stains cleaned out before it was too late.

We're glad that after over a year of being in our townhouse, we called j&a to do a thorough carpet cleaning. We knew that the stains were not guaranteed to be removed, but we did it just early enough that the stains were gone!

We just purchased a house and found the berber carpet in the basement was not cleaned at all and had stains on it. We were considering replacing the carpet, which would have been big $$$. I love family businesses- Given the opportunity to use a large company vs small, I always will go with a family owned and operated company. Fast service, they fit me in on short notice and the best part is I didn’t have to pick up before hand. Oh and they even got hardened slime out of the carpet!
