“The location and units themselves are excellent,. They offer a broad range of unit sizes and most have climate control. The security seems to be excellent and the rental prices are reasonable. However, one reason we chose this CubeSmart location was the warm and thorough service we received from Ryan Bowden when we first visited and toured the facility. Unfortunately, he was not working when we returned to rent a unit and the woman who helped us was not especially easy to engage with. (Believe me, I tried.) A smile from her would have been nice.”

Only complaint would be the price I increases, started at $185/month for a 10x10, after years the rate was $405/month, by year twelve...$490/month, OUCH!! If it hadn't become SO expensive I'd still have the unit”
