“I joined a crossfit gym. Its a warehouse, but thats all whats needed for these types of workouts. I generally dont do these kinds of workout. I generally do squats and deads mixed with sone sort of press. These were burpees situps step ups push ups... more bodyweight type stuff for conditioning. So the next few workouts are really going to suck. . Ill definitly do more bodyweight work just to get better. But this is not what I generally do so adaption will be needed. If youre into bodybuilding, or squat at a slow pace like me, this would be a good change. Basically this was like being smoked in the army. So if you wanna pay someone to smoke you because you dont have the will power to do this yourself... why not”
