(August 22, 2022, 3:14 pm)I drive to NY every month for my son's chemotherapy. My car being safe and reliable is key! Craftsman took my car around noon one day, delivered a detailed inspection of what was needed same day and had it ready 24 hours later! Technician was knowledgeable and kind. Had the patience to explain the process and answer all my questions. Their shop opens early for convenient morning drop off's and stays open later for pick up after work. They're service and availability was a whole blessing!! Forever grateful.
(June 2, 2022, 8:50 pm)Traveling from out of state, my car would not start when I stopped to refuel. After contacting Craftsman of Chantilly to find out if they could work on my vehicle I had it towed to their shop. They quickly determined that the starter motor had failed. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and an estimated time for completion of the work. They did not disappoint. No surprises. The staff and technicians were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business for your next auto repair.
(April 13, 2022, 1:26 pm)When I’m barreling down the track at 125+ I don’t want to worry about my car. Before each track event I have Craftsman tech inspect my car because I totally trust them. Why? Because they’re at the track doing the same thing; they have the experience tuning racing cars. Which is why I also have Craftsman maintain my daily driver. Aside from having the expertise they’re fair, honest and genuinely a good group of people. Thanks Andrew at Chantilly!!

inspection they provide - a thorough report of your cars health as well as pictures so you can see exactly what the mechanics see. They also provide an estimate for recommended services at fair prices and don’t pressure you to get the work done. 100% transparent. Great place and great people. Ask for Brandon or Richard

Craftsman Auto Care was recommended to me on a whim and after being turned down by 6 other facilities that quoted up to a WEEK just to mount 2 tires on a minivan.
When I called, a very engaging gentleman named Brandon answered the phone. He handled my questions with reassuring ease and instilled immediate confidence in his abilities. I've been in this industry for over 10 years and I can honestly say that this is the single best experience I've had in a service lane as a customer. What impressed me the most was their level of thoroughness and more importantly, their honesty. They provided digital imaging of all mechanical concerns and concisely prioritized recommendations based on condition and severity. They could've very easily recommended an alignment (along with a litany of other up-sells) but instead provided me a complimentry alignnment spec-sheet showing why it wasn't needed. Andrew and Brandon both have an uncanny ability to educate the customer and make them feel like their time and business is valuable. Trust isn't given, it's earned and because of my outstanding experience I'm now a customer for life and I'll be recommending CRAFTSMAN AUTO CARE to everyone with ears.
10/10 - This is a truly exceptional service center!
