I can’t say enough good things about John and his team at Trick Trucks in Chantilly, VA. I had 35” tires on my truck and decided to upgrade to 37”s — but quickly realized they were rubbing so badly I could barely turn. I called Trick Trucks to see if they could help, and John immediately came up with a smart solution: cut the fender flares so the tires would clear.

They got me in the same day, finished the work in under an hour, and the results are unbelievable — you can’t even tell the fenders were cut. The truck looks perfect and drives exactly the way it should.

Trick Trucks is incredible.

I’ve used Trick Trucks on four vehicles over the last 12 years:

- A 2010 F-150 (leveled)
- A 2014 F-150 (lifted and driven for 10 years)
- A 2024 Silverado (lifted last year)
- And just this past week, a 2023 Wrangler Rubicon (leveled with new bumper, step bars, and 35s)

Here are two recent examples:

2024 Silverado Trail Boss – I originally wanted 22x12 wheels with 35x12.5x22 tires and a 6” lift. Without judging me, John explained:
- The Trail Boss already comes with a 2” factory lift
- A 4” lift would achieve the look I wanted
35x12.5 tires on a 12” wheel is risky

He recommended a metric tire size for a slightly wider footprint without added cost or risk, and warned me about the aggressive stance and trimming required with 12” wheels. I still chose to go forward with the width, and they made it work with no rubbing!

2023 Wrangler Rubicon – I called John about adding a 2” lift. Instead of just selling me on it, he suggested I save a couple thousand dollars and just level the front. Since Rubicons have high-clearance fenders, 35s would fit without a full lift. Once again, the work was flawless, and I love the result.

I’m a tough customer—I do my research and I come prepared—but I trust John and the Trick Trucks team to not only deliver high-quality work but to challenge my assumptions and help me make the right choices every time.

These guys are amazing! I had a wheel recall done there and they knocked it out of the park! They helped me choose replacement wheels and fitment and helped me get the correct tires so my speedometer would be accurate still. Everything came out absolutely perfect and I am thrilled! Speedometer is dead on and my old SUV rides like a new vehicle! Great customer service and these guys know their trucks, even my old H2 Hummer! (sorry for the tree in the photo)

The boys over there at TTC Chantilly did a fantastic job. I brought my 2014 Taco in for a lift and auxiliary light job. The guys behind the desk knew exactly what needed to be done and explained every step of the process while the guys behind the tools executed with perfection. The techs were very accommodating and listened to all my requests. I will not hesitate in using them in the future, and neither should you.
