Went to get a subaru serviced here. They were very kind and seemed straightforward. It did take 2 passes on the alignment to get it right but they covered the service 100%. The literal only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of their price match. When I spoke with the cx service rep she mentioned they would price match or beat any competitor. But when confronted with a price roughly 1/5th the cost from a named chain, they started pushing back talking about you can't compare apples to oranges. So there it is, 5 star work, but 4 star service imo.

I highly recommend everyone to bring their car for all auto services, to Foreign Auto; due to you will get a best services to your car and yourself.
Your car will get handled by best auto mechanic.
My trip to Foreign Auto today were the best and it for just oil change.
Carlos had go extra mile to add air to my car tires due to its were low.
The customer services is very professional and friendly.
Lastly the waiting room is conformable with coffee/water on the house while waiting, and there is WiFi for guess too.

I found this place close to my work. They immediately took my car for inspection as I waited inside the air conditioned clean waiting area. The reception was nice. I could tell she knew about cars. Very knowledgeable. I told all my friends how quick and easy it was to get my safety inspection. I passed several gas stations with lines around the block and it’s the middle of August! I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Getting an appointment was easy, they took my car in right away, within an hour I had a very detailed inspection report with pictures and estimates. Ended up leaving my car for a few hours and they were done on time. Happy with the work and customer service.

I found Foreign Auto Services via the Costco Auto Services website. It gave me confident that Foreign Auto Services should do a good job, if Costco recommends it and has a partnership with it. I looked up Foreign Auto Service website to see where they are located. I decided to email for a quote on the work I needed to get done on my car, and then I saw the online chat. It was late in the evening, but I decided to give it a try. I started a chat, and was surprised that someone was on the other side responding. As it turned out, they pretty much work late as needed. The chat goes straight to one of their phones. I tried the chat a couple of times, late in the evening, and every time, someone responded... it was Eric or Carlos. Eric responded the next day with the quote as he said he would. I was surprised... a man of his words. I decided to give them a try since their quote was 50% of what the dealership quoted me, and their quote is in the range of repair cost suggested online. I arrived early the morning of my appointment with my co-worker who was giving me a ride to work. Foreign Auto Services has a loan but it was unavailable at the time because it was in an accident. It was raining that morning. It was so nice that Eric decided to open 5 mins early so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer in the rain. I really appreciate that. That afternoon, after driving my car off, Eric called with a few recommended services. I took his recommendation, and had it done. I checked with my friend who fixes is own cars, and he said that the prices are reasonable, but of course, it would be much cheaper if my friend was to do it. I prefer a trained professional to work on my car. I will definitely take my car to Foreign Auto Services again. I do get free oil change at the dealership, and I love the convenience of having a loan from the dealership if I need one. I plan on using Foreign Auto Services for things that my dealership identifies - like new brakes. It is good to know that Foreign Auto Services will be here when I need them. Oh, because I have a Costco membership, I get 15% off services, too. WOOHOO!! Thanks, Eric and Carlos!!
