K&K Floor

We had K&K Floors install hardwood in three bedrooms upstairs after doing most of the rooms a few years ago. Once again they did an outstanding job across all aspects of the customer experience - the estimate, the installation scheduling and coordination and especially the installation itself. The team's dedication to quality craftsmanship was first rate as the results clearly demonstrate. They will be first on our list for any future flooring needs that we have.

I cannot more highly recommend K&K Floor. We had a large job, to replace all the 35 year-old wall-to-wall carpet in our house with hardwood floors. We worked with Patrick and his team. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with, highly professional and very pleasant. First they replaced the carpet in the basement with new carpet. The next phase of the project took place months later, coordinated with a kitchen remodel. Patrick's team came in and in three days, replaced all the carpet in the house, and the old kitchen vinyl floor, with beautiful new hardwood. They did our bedrooms first, and we did not have to move out for any of it. I have never seen anyone work so hard — three 11-hour days with only a 15-minute lunch break! Their work was amazing, and the small number of imperfections that we pointed out were addressed immediately. Our floors look amazing, and the kitchen is so beautiful with a hardwood floor. Now the kitchen remodelers will come back and finish their part of the job. (The photos show the project before the kitchen is finished.) 2nd time we have used K&K after reading reviews on Washington Consumers Checkbook. They installed carpet throughout our house, and sanded our hardwood floors in preparation for selling. Mina, the estimator, was professional and responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Entire job went very smoothly.

K & K Wood Floor, Inc. in Chantilly, VA recently installed COREtec luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first floor of our home. The flooring looks terrific, and the K & K team worked diligently for nearly 12 hours to finish the installation in one day. They were very professional, and meticulous about staining the new shoe molding to match the floors and installing the molding and flooring. They also did a nice job repairing some squeaky spots on the plywood layer under the old flooring and hauled away old carpet and flooring as well as some area rugs we no longer needed. We would hire them again, and recommend K&K without reservation.
