Exceptional vegetarian and meat options available, all high quality. Warm setting-- very welcoming! Good for conversation.
(November 16, 2018, 7:24 pm)Really good Greek food. Pasticcio and a very nice Greek salad and two good Greek beers $80. - not inexpensive, but well worth it. The pasticcio was one of the specials for the night and apparently freshly made - delicious. The salad, large enough for 4 small salads was VERY fresh with cucumber, tomatoes, onion slices, olives and olive oil...the authentic way, no lettuce, not salted to death. Get a reservation - we didn't but they were very accommodating anyway. Very nice dining room - unexpected for a small, mall restaurant. We will definitely go again with reservations next time.
(November 2, 2018, 5:22 am)Diamond in the rough! I never would have expected such a fine dining experience from their humble location. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the wine choice and the dishes were superb.
To top it off, the background noise was minimal so we could hold a conversation without raising our voices.
(August 22, 2018, 9:59 pm)Wow! My new favorite (Greek) restaurant in DC Metro. Mom cooked up the most amazing grilled octopus I have ever tasted and one of her two sons, Phil served us like family. When he found out I was Greek, he brought out a complimentary beets, whipped potato and pistachios appetizer that was exquisite (I know, I actually liked beets!). Back to the octopus - most perfectly seasoned, expertly grilled, tender, succulent mollusk I have ever eaten, including in the Mediterranean! Better even than Tyson's Greek standard, Nostos... For good reason, as Phil told us his mom, Eugenia cooked there for years. You've got to give this lovely family restaurant a try!
