(December 3, 2017, 1:02 pm)Denise Munafisi is an outstanding Pilates teacher. I have gone to her studio 2 times a week for 3 years. When I first started I could hardly move my arms because of torn and strained rotator cuffs, sciatica on the right and left sides were so painful I could not find a comfortable position to sit or lie down. My strength has increased and my pain is gone and it is all because I found the right Pilates teacher.
