“Great Falls Park in Virginia, close to Washington D.C., is a charming place for locals but not much known by those who do not live in this area. Here you can see one of the first U.S. canals, the Great Falls of the Potomac, and enjoy a hike along Mather Gorge's dramatic clifftops. The best of the park is, I think, that it offers excellent climbing opportunities for those living in the D.C. area.”

“New patient jitters were put at ease from the first consultation visit with Dr. Gocke. My wife's procedure was four wisdom teeth removal and on the day I packed a bag enough for a day trip on a train: book, snacks, gameboy, powerbank, etc. Just to give you an idea of how fast and efficient the front desk, dental assistants and hygienist were - I didn't even finish my cup of coffee. I actually think I may have left my cup in the waiting area (sorry about that guys!). 10/10 - would regrow wisdom teeth to have this office remove them.”

“Hands down one of the best, if not the very best, Catholic church in the DC metro area...and I've been to a LOT of Catholic churches (at least 30 in Virginia alone)! The clergy are extremely gifted, and the people are genuinely friendly and welcoming. It's not a contrived or forced friendliness either; people are honestly just happy to see you! As if that weren't enough, this church has the most beautiful and intentional liturgies, and the entire community (not just the clergy) care about making sure that the services are in keeping with true Melkite tradition. Bottom line: you have to visit this place if you care about intentional worship. You will not be disappointed!”
