(November 9, 2018, 4:08 pm)I came in because I had a very poor experience with when contacting Bridgestone directly about my tires. After a lot of frustration, a corporate representative scheduled me to go to the Sterling store to have my tires checked out. On arrival, I met Sam, the store manager. He greeted me with a smile on his face and a great positive attitude. He answered all of our questions, checked my vehicle and got our situation handled very efficiently. As I was waiting, I observed the staff and was impressed with not only their positive demeanor, but also their product knowledge. I highly recommend this location. Even though it is not near my home, I will be making the trip for any future needs.
(November 4, 2018, 2:56 am)While I was getting new tires which they recommended, they noticed that my windshield sticker for an oil change had expired. The associate called me, explained what he saw, and asked if I would like an oil change. I agreed, and to my surprise, he applied a discount. This was also minutes before closing time, and to think that this location cared more about the customer rather than themselves, was really impressive. The people here are one in a million!
(August 18, 2018, 5:01 pm)I came here for a knocking noise in my dashboard and they quickly assessed the problem and fixed it real fast. The manager Sam is very friendly and efficient and was thorough in explaining the findings, even brought out the broken part to show me. The technicians Tuan and Tom are great and friendly as well! It's always pleasant bringing my car here for service. I would recommend this place to everyone.
(August 3, 2018, 12:44 pm)Came in for a full synthetic oil change and mentioned that I had an existing back issue. They were very accommodating, and had me in and out way faster than I’ve ever had an oil change. Great customer service. Great people. I was in at 12:30 on 8/3/18. I didn’t catch the name of either front desk associate, but they were both very kind, and I hope management sees this review and acknowledges their hard work and kindness.
