“My both boys visit Dr Sideman and he is Amazing. He is perfect at what he does. Only one of my complaint is their appointment reminders system sucks. Burden of remembering is entirely on us, though they have one fire and forget system. I have other offices we visit, and they send at least 3 reminders. Hope Northern Virginia Ophthalmology improves in this area. It is NOT fun missing any appointment for any of us. BTW, they also charge $50 for missed appointment. I gave my feedback to their office manager Micky as well. Hopefully they improve this area.”

“The entire staff was so nice and kind! When I first made my appointment over the phone, I spoke to the receptionist and let her know that it was my first dental visit in a while (a few years) and that I was very nervous for the appointment. She was very reassuring and helped me set up an appointment right away. When I got there, all of the staff was so nice and the hygienist was especially patient. He told me that it was okay if I needed to take breaks and always kept my comfort in mind. Unfortunately, I did have a few cavities, but the team was very nice and helped me work out a plan and timeline for me to get all the necessary work done. They helped me work out the best way to max out my insurance so that I’m not paying more than I need to. The entire staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and assured for my whole visit! I was initially dreading the appointment, but found that it was actually a surprisingly pleasant experience thanks to your great team! Thank you!”

Dr. McAlister took the time to explain all the details of the surgery I would have and even went through the risks and answered all my questions. I have never met a doctor as nice as Dr. McAlister.
